Unplug from your daily responsibilities and turn your focus inward as we retreat into the mountains for a weekend of rest and relaxation. Through yoga, sound healing, meditation, conversation, and time in nature, this weekend will offer a sense of renewed knowingness, a refreshed outlook on life, and the tools needed to stay connected to your true self and learn how to move in tandem with nature. The season of winter has a lot to teach us and asks us to switch gears from doing to being. In this mini-hibernation, we’ll use the time to discover and learn about ourselves in a more compassionate and mindful way.
