Join us for a few days of Hatha yoga classes, breathing exercises and guided meditations. No experience is necessary. All levels are welcome. Treat yourself to some alone time and reset your personal wellness goals, all in the beautiful setting of the Himalayan Institute.

- Daily Morning yoga classes
